NEW YEAR’S (PADDLE) BALL DROP – DECEMBER 31ST

8:00 PM. Ring in 2023 with some friendly competition and resolution-sharing (and later breaking?).
Dress in your most sparkly athletic wear. We’ll provide the festive ambience, music and champagne. You bring a dish to share and BYOB.
No partner needed. We will draw teams and mix it up throughout the evening!
Don’t forget to sign up by 12/29/22 on EZ/MemberMe or at the Paddle Hut or by email to: kuhr.angela@gmail.com or staciepete@comcast.net.

SWIRL, SIP, & SERVE PADDLE MIXER – January 20th

6:30 PM. All levels welcome.Every Good Party should include Wine and Paddle…so let’s have both!

Bring 2 bottles of your favorite $20 and under wine (the 2 bottles should be the SAME wine). And, bring a heavy appetizer to share.
When you arrive, we will put one of the two bottles into a brown paper bag to add to the blind tasting. You will be provided with a scorecard. Throughout the evening, sample and rank each brown paper wine bottle you try.
In between swirling and sipping, we will be serving up on the paddle courts in 30-minute random mixed-team matches. After several paddle and wine-tasting rounds, we will tally up the scores and announce the winning bottle of wine.
The “winner” of that bottle will go home with all the secondary wine bottles brought to the party! A case of wine, for first place, and if enough people come maybe 6 bottles to second place.
Sign up on EZ Facility or in the Paddle Hut. RSVP by Monday, January 16th. Hosted by Jenny Creelman and Meghan Sheehy.

If you try out a paddle – PLEASE return it to the wall in its appropriate place! Paddles are not to leave the FC!
If you are interested in buying a new paddle, please fill out the form that will be by the demo wall. It is important to PRINT your name on the order form along with the date.  Place the form in the drawer in the kitchen where balls are purchased.
