The 4th Annual Galentine’s Day Paddle Morning Mixer was hosted by the Plaut Ladies and a wonderful success! The weather was bright and sunny as were the sparkling outfits adorning the players!
The Super Bowl Party paddlers played on despite the snowy weather! Players enjoyed fun paddle and delicious New Orleans style food!
Some typical paddle events that have happened in the past:
Paddle 101 / 110 Clinic – Paddle 101 introduces the game and is for those new to Paddle. Paddle 110 is for those who want to work on strokes, court positioning or strategy. There is no cost to attend.
Wanna B’s – This event is designed for up-and-coming players to play with and against more experienced players in a non-competitive environment.

APTA paddle tournament – Called the “Pioneer Valley Men’s 95+”, was hosted by the Field Club on Saturday, November 18th. Gary Weiner & Tom Kietzman were Tournament Organizers.
THROWBACK APRÈS SKI MIXER
Everyone hopped into their hot tub time machine and reveled in the post-slope scene. Neon and weird turquoise-heavy patterns. All levels welcomed to this mixed-doubles event! Inside Joke Brewing Collective added to the vibes. Hosted by Katie Allen, Josh Levine, and Meghan and Zach Schepart.

An all-levels women’s mixer held on February 10th to celebrate Galentine’s Day! Play started at 10 a.m., and we provided some brunch nibbles. Fully booked event with 40 players!
Super Bowl Party
held on February 11, 2024
The event consisted of foods from New Orleans, Shrimp, Sausage and Chicken Gumbos, Chicken etouffee, Jambalaya and Creole chicken thighs and pulled pork, rice and corned bread. The paddle started at 9 and food served at 12:30. As has happened in the past after the formal matches are concluded everyone hung around for pick up games.
